A native of Morgan Hill, CA, Garrett went to college in San Luis Obispo, CA before transferring to Rochester, NY to play collegiate soccer at Rochester Institute of Technology where he earned his degree in print management. Upon graduating from RIT he began his managerial experience when he opened his first restaurant with his father. Garrett moved to Arizona in 2001 and honed his management and leadership skills and developed strong attention to detail by building three successful Buffalo Wild Wings franchises throughout the Valley.
